Lynn is an institutional and entrepreneurial real estate investment professional with more than 30 years of experience and $10 billion in executed transactions across Goldman Sachs (The Whitehall Funds), The Carlyle Group, and GEM Realty Capital.

Her leadership and vision for aligning purpose with performance earned Lynn a place on the Forbes 50 Over 50 list in 2025, recognizing her impact in redefining the future of senior housing real estate.

Also a dedicated philanthropist, Lynn’s leadership spans education, housing, and the arts, with a focus on advancing access and building long-term impact. She serves on the boards of Hope Chicago and the University of Pennsylvania, where she is one of six members—and the only woman—on Penn’s $21B+ endowment board. With her husband, she endowed a Wharton scholarship for Asian women pursuing finance, reflecting her commitment to creating opportunity for future leaders. Her previous board service includes Embarc, The Poetry Foundation, and Chicago Furniture Bank.
