Kim implements the firm’s HR, financial, and project management systems. She spearheads Citrine’s branding and marketing, is the Firm’s EOS implementor, and supports select real estate advisory projects.

Kim was the managing director of MacArthur award-winning Lucky Plush Productions, a nonprofit Chicago-based dance theater company, for more than five years. She established the company’s first administrative team and designed operational systems enabling the company to function more productively. She also oversaw Lucky Plush’s financial processes and development and marketing efforts. Under her leadership, Lucky Plush hired 50+ part time staff and volunteers, produced and toured work at 25+ national venues, and doubled donations from individual donors.

Kim began her career as a professional dancer and performed in Chicago and across the U.S. at venues including the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (NYC), Jacob’s Pillow (MA), and Hancher Auditorium (IA). She was an adjunct faculty member at the Dance Center of Columbia College and Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington. Kim holds an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her undergraduate degrees include a BFA in Dance and BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kim continues to serve on the board of Lucky Plush Productions, assisting the company with its fundraising initiatives through donor database administration, yearlong donor stewardship, and event planning.
