Brian Rhee supports the financial oversight and valuations of Citrine’s real estate portfolio. He works across the full investment lifecycle, including financial due diligence, portfolio performance analysis, valuation and financial modeling, and post acquisition reporting. In this role, Brian collaborates closely with senior leadership and deal teams to help ensure accurate analysis, disciplined financial governance, and data driven decision making.

Brian brings more than a decade of experience across real estate debt, private equity, and fund administration. Prior to joining Citrine, he served as an Assistant Finance Manager at Heitman, a Chicago based real estate investment management firm with AUM of $47 billion, where he oversaw financial reporting for an open-end fund and co-investments, supported quarterly valuations, and partnered with portfolio management teams to streamline reporting processes.

He began his career in Heitman’s Investor Accounting group before joining Northern Trust – Hedge Fund Services, where he supported the Citadel Securities fund administration team with trade operations, reconciliations, regulatory filings, and daily NAV reporting.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, playing golf, and volunteering at his church as a worship leader and guitarist.
